To demonstrate that a life with food allergies and sensitivities does not have to be a deprived life 



To open people’s minds to working with ingredients they may consider unconventional but can be used to make dishes as tasty as their conventional counterparts



To prove that safe foods are not boring or bland foods


GOAL


By providing you with the opportunity to see, hear, and interact with alternative ingredients in the familiar environment of your own home, we hope to prove that taking back control of your food can be fun and enjoyable all while improving your health both physically and mentally.
