Foods that are commonly believed to either be devoid of vital nutrients necessary for the proper functioning and development of the average human body or foods that are commonly believed to be harmful to the average human body (Examples: candy, sugary baked goods, etc.)

Foods and ingredients that will not set off an allergic, sensitive, or intolerant reaction in a particular individual

An ingredient one is not trying to avoid
